Vehicle mounted transformer
The onboard transformer is the core component of the new energy vehicle power system, mainly used to achieve energy conversion and isolation between high-voltage battery packs and low-voltage systems. It adopts high-frequency magnetic cores (such as ferrite, amorphous alloys) and flat winding technology, with high power density (up to 3.5kW/L), efficiency exceeding 96%, temperature resistance level (-40 ℃~150 ℃) and EMC anti-interference characteristics.
In terms of topology, LLC resonance or phase-shifting full bridge schemes are commonly used to support bidirectional energy flow and adapt to 800V high-voltage platforms. The key parameters include insulation withstand voltage (AC 3kV/1min), leakage current<5mA, and integrated temperature and overcurrent protection functions. Typical applications for on-board chargers (OBC), DC/DC conversion modules, and electric drive systems must comply with IEC 61851-23 and GB/T 18487.1 standards.
