Charging pile transformer
The charging station transformer is the central hub for energy conversion in charging facilities, responsible for voltage adaptation between the AC power grid and the DC fast charging system. It adopts sandwich winding method combined with nanocrystalline magnetic core to achieve a conversion efficiency of over 98% and high-frequency working ability of over 30kHz.
The dual winding isolation design meets the 3kV insulation requirements of IEC 62196-3, and is equipped with an NTC temperature sensor for active heat dissipation control. Topology compatible with three-phase Vienna rectifier and totem pole PFC architecture, supporting 480kW overcharging scenarios.
